Information provided to DarkCon by its attendees will primarily be used for current (and future) tracking & promotional activities such as (but not limited to) Progress Reports, attendee demographics and announcements of new guests etc… DarkCon is a DBA for The Dark Ones, Inc. and as such the DarkCon Database Policy is in addition to the Dark Ones Corporate Database Privacy Policy shown below.

Information provided to The Dark Ones is, in part, gathered for the purpose of contacting those interested in supporting and/or attending events sponsored by (or being supported by) The Dark Ones or their members. Attending an event sponsored by The Dark Ones, Inc. constitutes an agreement to allow The Dark Ones, Inc, its agents or assignees the right to use your image and/or likeness, by media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising and/or other promotional purposes.

About
DarkCon is the premier Fantasy / Science Fiction Gaming & Media Convention for the Southwest Region and is based in central Arizona.
DarkCon’s focus and specific theme is decided by the Chair and the Committee. (Ultimately this is further refined by selection of the primary guests.) DarkCon in the past has been themed around: Lord of the Rings / Logan’s Run / Firefly / Steampunk / Vampires & Werewolves.
Whatever the theme, though, DarkCon always has certain base areas: Gaming will always be a large section of DarkCon. Also, social events such as dances, parties, interactive demos, and classes are available in abundance.
DarkCon 2012 is on its way to being our biggest convention ever. With the guests that are in the works and our massive gaming arena, the excitement is building.
(Our VIP Memberships are limited to 50, for DarkCon 2012, they sold out a year in advance.)
